Restore proper emissions and fuel efficiency to your vehicle with this new MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor. Anything that interferes with the MAP sensor's ability to monitor the pressure differential upsets the air fuel mixture and ignition timing. This includes a problem with the MAP sensor itself and/or grounds and/or an open circuit in the sensors wiring. Typical drivability symptoms that may be MAP related include hard start, surging rough idle, stalling, rich fuel conditions, possible pre-detonation due to too much spark advancement from not reading the proper signal and giving a misfire code. Eliminate these issues of your failed MAP sensor with a new OEM quality replacement MAP sensor. *Be sure to check the vehicle fitment section to verify proper fitment for your vehicle.
